2. Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms govern the relationship between Damremurs and the parties it invoices: companies receiving services, tenants of properties it owns, and debtors of re-invoiced costs or royalties.
Services
Direction, coordination, administrative, financial, real-estate and wealth-management support services, as well as the provision of resources or premises, are always covered by a prior written agreement setting out their nature, duration and price. No service is sold online without such an agreement. Damremurs does not perform any act reserved to regulated professions (lawyers, chartered accountants, notaries, licensed investment advisers).
Lettings
Rent, service charges and provisions are due under the conditions set out in the lease. Online payment is a convenience offered to tenants and does not alter the lease in any way.
Prices and invoicing
Prices are set by agreement or quotation, in euros. Every amount collected corresponds to an invoice or a lease instalment issued by Damremurs, stating its purpose. VAT is applied in accordance with applicable law; services supplied to VAT-registered businesses established in another EU Member State may be subject to the reverse-charge mechanism (art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC).
Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card payments are charged in euros; French and international cards are accepted. The descriptor DAMREMURS appears on the payer's statement. Bank transfer remains available for any invoice, and is the only settlement method for capital and financial transactions (dividends, interest, disposals, contributions).
Late payment
Between businesses, late payment automatically incurs interest at the statutory rate and the €40 fixed recovery indemnity (art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). For leases, the lease provisions apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of the company's registered office have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules applicable to residential leases.
3. Refund policy
- Erroneous or duplicate payment: report it to contact@damremurs.com; the overpayment is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after verification.
- Services: cancellation and refund conditions are those of the agreement signed with the recipient. A service that is not performed is not invoiced; an invoice issued in error is cancelled by credit note.
- Rent and charges: adjustments (service charges, overpayments, security deposits) are made under the conditions and within the time limits set by the lease and by French law no. 89-462 of 6 July 1989.
- Disputes: any disputed amount may be raised by email and will receive a reasoned reply within 10 business days.
4. Privacy policy
